Les explications pour entrer et sortir du parking sont parfaites en revanche quelques détails pourraient être précisés. Lors de la réservation on me demande quel type de véhicule j'ai, j'opte pour moyen (pour un jogger). Je comprends pourquoi... j'ai mis 20mn à descendre et sortir du parking. Jamais vu des virages aussi serrés... 3 à 4 mn de manœuvre pour chaque virage et malheureusement rayé un bas de caisse au niveau de ma roue arrière. Ça se jouait au millimètre. Ça passait pour un véhicule type clim mais pour une break la cata. Il faudrait presque préciser des dimensions de voiture lors de la résa. 2e petit point: pas de pb pour remonter du -6 avec l'ascenseur au début de séjour mais descente impossible à la fin (badge nécessaire pour utiliser l'ascenseur). Pas grave mis à préciser pour les gens qui ont des bagages.

Un problème de validation sur un parking et craque le monde bancaire arrive et HOP un prélevement de plus. Mais grace à l'ecoute du service client, le prélevement s'arrête et me rembourse. Top service.

Le parking est globalement très bien, mais l’accès à l’intérieur est assez compliqué. En étant au niveau -6, le passage est très étroit, avec de grosses bordures sur les côtés à chaque descente. Les virages sont également serrés. Avec une petite voiture, cela ne pose pas de problème, mais avec un véhicule long ou large, la manœuvre devient difficile. De plus, la sortie se fait par l’entrée, donc s’il y a une voiture en face, il faut manœuvrer dans cet espace très réduit…
